Our extensive team of consultants and trainers are all experienced managers, selected for their extensive knowledge and skills. Each holds vocational qualifications in their area of expertise, along with adult teaching qualifications. With our network of over 100 tutors throughout the UK, we can provide for all your training needs, nationwide. A selection of our tutors includes:

	David Ritchie David has extensive experience in the hospitality industry within food and beverage management. He has trained students throughout the UK and overseas, including: China, Eastern Europe and Austria
	Robert Woodhouse has extensive experience in kitchen operation and management and in catering management within the armed forces, including that as an instructor in the army catering college
	Jennifer Schumann Jennifer Schumann, BA, MBA, MHCIMA, FRSH, MCMI. jennifer has extensive experience within food and beverage, rooms division and general management of hotels and conference centres. She also has experience of working within a day nursery.
	Calvin Hanks Calvin Hanks, MSc, MHCIMA, FRSH, AMBII, MRIPHH, MCMI, MInstLM. Calvin has extensive experience in the hospitality industry including general management of hotels, contract catering, restaurants and conference centres. In addition, he also has experience in the operation and management of day nurseries.
