CIEH Level 2 Food Safety in Catering (EFH) Training Course
This is a level two, nationally recognised and certified one-day course.
This course will help you to:
- Know your responsibilities under current law
- Understand what bacteria are and how they cause food poisoning
- Know how to prevent food poisoning and recognise the symptoms
- Follow good working practices including receiving of deliveries, storing and preparation of food, cooking, serving and cleaning
Who Should Attend?
For all those involved in food handling as part of their duties, including chefs, food service supervisors, waiters, nursery staff, shop assistants and any others who have involvement with food service.
