A three-day level 3 qualification for supervisors and mangers responsible for organisations involved with the preparation of food. The course includes:The qualification covers the following topics:

- Supervisory management
- Temperature control (chilling, cooking)
- Cleaning
- Contamination control
- Applying and monitoring good hygiene practices
- Implementing good food safety procedures
- Contributing to the safety training of others
For each additional delegate over 6, in addition to the course fees, please allow an additional charge of £35 plus VAT to cover the CIEH registration and examination cost
