This one-day course will help you to:

• Know how to work safely and avoid dangerous working practices
• Understand the need for control of hazardous substances
• Know how to spot potential hazards
• Understand the risks from manual handling
• Appreciate the law governing childcare settings and consider policies required such as lost child
