This half day course is designed for thos who have already undertaken food hygiene training to update and reknew their knowledge and is recommended at least once every three years.
At the end of the course, there will be a short multiple choice test with certificate awarded by the CIEH

Anyone who holds a current food hygiene certificate and would like to requalify (recommended at least every three years)
