Implementing Food Safety Management Procedures (IFSP) Training Course
Food safety legislation now requires most food businesses to put in place a documented food safety management system, based on HACCP principles.
This course covers the basic HACCP principles and how a system based on these can be implemented. It also includes information on both conventional HACCP systems and user friendly alternatives.
The course concludes with a short exam.
