Food Safety for Manufacturing (FSIM) Training Course
This is a level two, nationally recognised and certified one-day course.
This course will help you to:
- Know your responsibilities under current law
- Understand what bacteria are and how they cause food poisoning
- Know how to prevent food poisoning and recognise the symptoms
- Follow good working practices including receiving of deliveries, storing and preparation of food, cooking, serving and cleaning

Anyone involved in food handling in the Manufacturing industry.
