First Aid At Work (FAAWNS) Training Course

This three-day course is approved by the Health and Safety Executive under the Health and Safety Regulations for successful candidates to act as first-aiders in their workplace and is valid from 1 October 2009 under the revised first aid training regulations

This certificate is valid for three years and includes:

• choking
• bleeding
• casualty management
• shock
• heart attack
• resuscitation
• breaks 
• fractures and burns
• care of the unconscious casualty
• the first aid kit
• recording incidents
• personal protection
• head injuries

Who Should Attend?

This course is suitable for anyone who wants to act as a first-aider for their workplace.

Additional Information:

Please wear suitable clothing to allow for practising first aid on each other.

Please note:in order to meet HSE recommendations and our own quality assurance standards, courses are limited to 12 delegates per trainer
